  • Operate the Environment Centre - open Monday to Friday 10am to 4 pm
  • Operate Trees for Hawke's Bay Nursery - eco sourced natives for small to large restoration and beautification projects and a selection of heritage fruit trees for self-sufficiency.
  • Provide local market Organic Certification through OrganicFarmNZ.
  • Provide information, resources and knowledge on an extensive range
    of
    topics for ecological, social and economic sustainability.
  • Organise an extensive annual programme of courses, events, workshops, seminars, fielddays and speakers.
  • Eco Echo electronic newsletter.
  • Make submissions to ensure consideration is given to sustainable public amenity management.
