Courses and Events

The Sustaining Hawkes Bay Trust is proud to offer a wide range of courses, workshops, tours and events for 2010. We aim of provide a broad range of information and resources to the public on pertinent topics encompassing composting and waste reduction, local ecology restoration, sustainable living, permaculture, self reliance and many other subjects that are relevant to our environment and our daily lives.

In 2010 the Environment Centre SHBT will work with monthly themes that reflect what is happening in nature and around us and we are offering a number of learning opportunities through our courses and workshops. These are outlined on the “Courses and Workshops” page with dates and prices as well as listed on our “Events Calendar”.

The “Eco Homes Tour” and “Eco Garden Tour” as well as other Events and Speaker Series will be outlined on our “Tours and Events” page and also listed on the “Events Calendar”.
